Hi I'm trying to make a code in java using both techniques.

I saw an example of Swank in ASM, but I don't understand anything about ASM 

Can anyone there do something in a more high level language? for example C#

I already used .NET Core C# 5.0 System.Reflection.Emit to generate dynamic methods and MSIL code.
There is a lot of interesting things you can do when you dig more into .NET Metaprogramming; link to the book: here.

I also did some other stuff like generating RWX memory region by JIT compiling a method during runtime. Code on GitHub here.
